- We have migrated our website to a completely new and overhauled system, and therefore we ask past and new customers to register a new account with us or Login with your Facebook account to purchase deals.
- We have changed the name of FOX12 Daily Deals to Rose City Deals. Does this change anything for you? Nope! All your vouchers are still right there in your account, and all previously purchased vouchers have exactly the same terms and conditions for redemption.
- All purchases from this point forward will be loaded here on this site.
- All past purchases (prior to March 2017) can still be accessed HERE. Nothing has moved over and your credentials have not changed for the old site. Your vouchers will remain on your previous account until they expire or until they have been used.

The discount certificates you purchase typically can be printed & redeemed anytime AFTER your transaction date. Deal vouchers will occasionally have short waiting periods before they are redeemable to allow merchants to prepare their systems.
All Discount Savings Certificate sales are final. Refunds are only granted for clear and obvious mistakes, not changes of heart. Refunds will be granted if the actual merchant goes out of business or you are obstructed from using your legitimate certificate after allowing us a fair chance to resolve the issue.

Where are the deals located?
Our deals are focused on highlighting some of the greatest restaurants, attractions and local businesses in the pacific Northwest including Oregon and Washington. Our deals include locations in the Portland Metro area, Vancouver, the Beautiful Oregon coast and many locales within a day trips reach of Portland.
How good are the deals?
We work with our merchants to deliver the best local deeply discounted deals around. Our discounts typically range from 30% to 75% off.
How do I redeem my Daily Deal Voucher?
After you Purchase your daily deal with a few easy clicks you can view your voucher under your account page under the ‘My Vouchers’ tab. Click on the Download button to the right of your voucher and it will open up a printable voucher. Please bring a printed copy of the voucher to the merchant and present it at time of redemption.
Are there any restrictions?
Depending on the businesses we partner with there may be restrictions such as hours voucher is valid (Like a deal that has to be used during breakfast hours). Please read all fine print on deal page before purchase and be aware that some conditions or restrictions may apply.
Can I return my voucher purchase?
Refunds will be granted if the actual merchant goes out of business or you are obstructed from using your legitimate certificate after allowing us a fair chance to resolve the issue. All purchases outside of these conditions are final.
How long do the deals last?

How soon can I use my voucher?
Depending on the merchant, offers will typically be redeemable as soon as purchased, and available to print right away unless otherwise stated. The reason some offers are not instantly redeemable is to allow the merchant time to be notified and process your savings certificate.
How many vouchers can I purchase from one deal?
The number of certificates you may personally purchase varies per-offer, but is usually 1-2 vouchers per offer.
Can I buy additional vouchers as gifts?
Yes! You can usually purchase up to the same limit additionally to be used as gifts for another individual.
How often do you post new deals?
New deals are posted daily, and can vary depending on the season. We typically have 4-5 deals at one time on the site, but sometimes we allow for many more to be available.
Do the vouchers expire?
The merchants give a reasonable amount of time to redeem the voucher, although they do have an expiration that typically is 2-6 months from purchase and will vary between deals. Please read all applicable fine print and conditions listed on deal page before purchase.
